Shipping
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Strictly no pickup.
Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment, in a mail bag or packing box (depending on size of the order). Shipping charges include all packing materials and handling costs, and are calculated based on order size and weight. Note: Please ensure you add all items into your cart and pay in a single transaction for the combined postage to be applied - Combined postage costs cannot be calculated after you have checked out and paid separately. Once you have added items to your cart, please proceed through checkout for the exact shipping amount.
Australian Customers
Your items will be posted either via AusPost eParcel Post, AusPost Express eParcel Post, or Fastway Couriers (unless otherwise stated). All parcels are sent with tracking for peace of mind. Please allow 1-7 business days for your parcel to arrive, from date of dispatch.
International Customers
Your items will be posted via Australia Post Registered Air Mail with tracking (unless otherwise stated). Please allow 3-15 business days for your parcel to arrive, from date of dispatch.
Some countries have a Value Added Sales Tax (VAT), which is charged when an item crosses into their border. VAT is charged in addition to applicable duties. It's the buyer's responsibility to know how much tax and duties will be charged. It is also the buyer's responsibility to ensure their country accepts the items ordered - Any additional postage costs to resend returned parcels will be incurred by the buyer.
